The basket is proudly made by Mifuko. The Finnish design company works closely with craftspeople based in rural Africa. Mifuko provides fairtrade employment opportunities to improve the welfare of women and their communities. As a beautiful detail, each basket is signed by the artisan who made it.
The Kiondo basket celebrates traditional craft skills and sustainable materials. Made from partly recycled plastic and sisal plant fibres. Available in three sizes.
