Not safe for dishwasher use. Plastic head not to be used on hot surfaces. Wipe with a damp cloth or hand wash with warm water and dry immediately. Do not soak. If required, polish with a food grade mineral oil or vegetable oil; this will hydrate the wood. Do not store in direct sunlight.
